These fees are determined and collected by U.S. Customs and are not included in your purchase price, and are beyond our control.
Return & Refund Policy for Duties-Related Returns
(Applicable to customers worldwide)
* All import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
* If you choose not to pay the required taxes and duties, resulting in the shipment being returned, a refund will only be issued after we physically receive the returned package.
* Any return shipping costs and import duties charged upon re-entry to our warehouse will be deducted from your total payment.
* The remaining balance, after all deductions, will then be refunded.
We strongly advise customers to check with their local customs office about applicable duties before placing an order.

The engine air filter should be cleaned every 20,000 km of usage and should be replaced at 60,000 km of usage.
Our filter is oil-free & rewashable, no need for oil.
You can use any brand of dry or neutral cleaner to clean the filter, or simply use water. Warm water is also no problem.
After cleaning, remember to shake the water off the filter, then let it air dry, or use a hair dryer/blow dryer to dry it.
Of course, our intake should be used with our filter to achieve maximum performance.
