Return & Refund Policy for Duties-Related Returns
(Applicable to customers worldwide)
* All import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
* If you choose not to pay the required taxes and duties, resulting in the shipment being returned, a refund will only be issued after we physically receive the returned package.
* Any return shipping costs and import duties charged upon re-entry to our warehouse will be deducted from your total payment.
* The remaining balance, after all deductions, will then be refunded.
We strongly advise customers to check with their local customs office about applicable duties before placing an order.

Our filter is oil-free and washable, with no oil required. You can clean it using any brand of dry or neutral cleaner, or simply rinse it with water — warm water is perfectly fine.
After cleaning, gently shale off the excess water, then allow the filter to air dry, or use a hair dryer or blower to speed up the drying process.
For best results and maximum performance, we recommend using our intake system together with our filter as a complete setup.
* The engine air filter should be cleaned every 20,000 km of usage and should be replaced at 60,000 km of usage.
