We ship products internationally with DHL, FedEx, EMS, SF Express, or other air delivery company services.
Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
If you can't find the ship option to your location or for more information, please contact us.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships.
These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
We can only ship to the address that you have confirmed with PAYPAL.
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO, buyer must provide physical address when ordering.
Please note that we are not responsible for any kind of delay if APO/FPO/DPO address or any other undeliverable addresses were provided.
If processing begins as soon as an order has been placed, therefore we cannot change, cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. To return any unwanted items, please review our return policy for return and exchange instructions.
If the shipment is not deliverable and returned to us by the shipping carrier due to incorrect information provided by the buyer (ex. wrong address given or unable to sign for the package), all return shipping fees will be responsible by the buyer.

Tracking information will be provided to you within 24 hours of shipping out.
All goods will be shipped out from Taiwan with good cartons and good packaging conditions.
The tracking number will be provided to the buyer after shipping out the goods.
