Return & Refund Policy for Duties-Related Returns

* All import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
* If you choose not to pay the required taxes and duties, resulting in the shipment being returned, a refund will only be issued after we physically receive the returned package.
* Any return shipping costs and import duties charged upon re-entry to our warehouse will be deducted from your total payment.
* The remaining balance, after all deductions, will then be refunded.
We strongly advise customers to check with their local customs office about applicable duties before placing an order.

Shipping Information

NOTICE:
Our CAT warranty for the downpipe is valid for two years. Please note that warranty claims are only approved if a Check Engine Light (CEL) is triggered due to the catalytic converter.
If this occurs, we will provide a replacement downpipe free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
The customer must return the old downpipe to the dealer from whom it was originally purchased. Once the dealer confirms receipt of the old unit, the replacement will be shipped to the customer.
In other words, if the issue above occurs, the downpipe itself is free, but all domestic shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
