When it comes to extracting serious power from BMW's S58 engine, the intake system should never be the limiting factor.
The MST S5806 High-Performance Intake System was engineered with one goal in mind: to maximize airflow potential from the air filters all the way to the turbocharger inlets.
Every component, every diameter, and every airflow path was reconsidered to support the demands of high-performance S58 builds.
Because real performance engineering isn't just about moving more air. It's about creating a system capable of supporting the power you're building toward.

Bigger airflow capacity. Built for bigger power.
At the heart of the MST S5806 are two massive 152mm (6-inch) high-flow air filters, paired with oversized dual intake pipes.
This large-diameter configuration increases available filtration surface area and is designed to reduce intake restriction under high airflow demand.
The result is an intake system engineered to provide the airflow capacity needed for increasingly demanding S58 performance applications.
As power increases, your intake system needs to keep up.

A high-flow intake shouldn't stop at the air filters.
That's why we took the engineering further.
The MST S5806 incorporates enlarged turbo inlet pipes designed to increase the available airflow passage compared to the factory turbo inlets.
By addressing potential restrictions closer to the turbochargers, the system is designed to improve airflow delivery when boost pressure and engine demand increase.
From the filters to the intake pipes and all the way to the turbo inlets, every section has been engineered with airflow in mind.
We didn't just upgrade individual components. We rethought the airflow potential of the entire system.

More boost. More power. Greater airflow demands.
The MST S5806 isn't designed with factory power levels alone in mind.
Its oversized dual-intake architecture was developed with the demands of Stage 2 and upgraded-turbo S58 builds in mind.
As horsepower increases, so does the volume of air the engine requires. The S5806 provides additional airflow headroom to help reduce the likelihood of the intake system becoming a restriction as your build progresses.
Whether you're running a stock-turbo setup or pushing toward a higher-horsepower configuration, the goal remains the same:
Give your S58 room to breathe as the power keeps climbing.

More airflow means little if heat management is overlooked.
To complement the oversized intake architecture, MST developed dedicated heat shields designed specifically around the large-diameter intake pipes and dual-filter configuration.
These shields help separate the intake area from surrounding engine-bay heat, reducing exposure to hot air and supporting more consistent intake conditions.
Because great intake engineering isn't just about peak airflow. It's also about managing the conditions under which that airflow is delivered.

Open the hood. Make a statement.
Two massive red 6-inch high-flow filters dominate the tightly packaged S58 engine bay.
The oversized intake pipes, aggressive dual-filter layout, and purposeful engineering create a visual presence that refuses to blend in.
Every curve, every connection, and every oversized component reflects the performance-driven philosophy behind the S5806.
It's aggressive. It's functional. And it's unmistakably MST.
MST S5806 — Performance isn't just measured. It's seen.
